Question about the quick start rules

In some ways this is an indication I let myself get too hung up on the cross-pollination between Pathfinder/D&D and M&M but would it be possible to use the Supernatural creature entry on the quick start rules portion of the new GM screen to build a werebear? I am thinking of tweaking the werewolf entry for this.

Drop his Fighting 2 and Agility by 2, Increase Strength and Stamina by 2, then change Brother to Wolves to Brother of Bears.

I was thinking of altering a few things so he has somewhere between Growth 2-Growth 4 possibly paying for this with his offensive powers or having that replace the choice of brother to wolves or that howl ability.
