Im converting the old Champions Adventure Coriolis Effect to M&M 3e . Eventuallyill probably run it pbp. Im looking for help converting a couple characters if someone could help that would be great.
heres the main villian Black Enchantress. I want her powerful enough to be able to battle a group of PL 10 heros

That's much better, I don't have time to stat up my own attempt right now, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you out. It might be worth asking in the Roll Call section too, get the attention of the full-time builders.
