KantCon 2012 in Kansas City

Postby terrestrialboy » Mon Feb 06, 2012 10:46 pm

Hey, all, my name is Ethan Parker, and I'm the convention organizer for KantCon, the tabletop game convention that happens in Overland Park, KS in July. This year, the con is running on July 6-8!

I'm just letting you all know that KantCon exists, and this is our fourth year in operation! Join us!

Our Kickstarter Pre-Pre-Registration is going on now, where you can Pre-Register to attend the event, and get some extra goodies as well. You have the option of pledging more to support the convention and get some huge rewards, but it's not necessary!

Anyway, go here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ter ... gistration

I hope to see some of you there!

We have a listener coming in from Vancouver, BC, flying about 2,000 miles to attend.

Two other regulars are coming, one from Newark, NJ, and the other from Columbus, OH.

So, yeah, Kansas isn't too far! Come and have a blast!

Snap, a Kansas tabletop con! I doubt I'll be able to make it, but I'll try to keep it in mind.
Check out my builds and my campaign!

I would like to be there. If I can work it out, I would like to run Mutants and Masterminds. Let me know if anyone else is already doing this so we can work together, not compete.

Sorry, for some reason I wasn't notified of your reply ...

As far as I know, nobody has submitted a M&M event yet ... But we're going to have ample room to play at. Event submission should be up soon on the site. I, for one, would love some M&M actIon in any shape or form.

Only caveat about event submission is that you must pre-register to attend. We want as many people as possible! Go to http://www.kantcon.com!

We're proud to announce that we've hit our first stretch goal, which means Shane Hensley WILL be attending KantCon 2012! Come and play some games with the creator of Savage Worlds and Deadlands!
