Valid point, at 11 applicants, and only 4 to 6 spots open, already half the people are going to be disappointed, others might not want to put in effort to be turned down.

Sorry Tink, I wasn't 100% sure if her code name was just "Colour" so I went on the safe side and said her name.

Also, Kelly Winters doesn't have a code name.

Marvel has more characters without codenames that othersettings. I see nothing wrong with it, thugh pressed she could probably just use "Winter", i don't thimk there is a Marvel character by that supranym

Background:
Tara Jones comes from a troubled family. Oldest of three, her father left them when her baby sister was born. Her mother tried her best, but depressions and hard work pushed her into alcoholism. Becoming a semi-functional alcoholic, her mother was able to keep their home and some food on the table, but not much more.
Tara started to lie about her family, scamming people to get some new clothes and was in more than one fight to protect the "family honor". She was shocked when her mother died in an accident and the children where put into different foster families.
If not happened enough bad thinks in her life, the fateful night at a school dance happened...
It was like in one of those cheap horror flicks. An unpopular student returns years later to commit bloody revenge in his old school. It worked out much like in the movies, but just because this former student was no longer a normal human. He could fling others aside and took a chair to his head without fazing.
Tara flew into the girl's bathroom and heard the screams, than his heavy breathing and steps. As he smashed through the door, something happened inside her. She melted away and slithered away under another door.
He was still in hot pursuit. Being humanoid again, she screamed and hold out her hand in panic to stop him.
Her arm somehow elongated and became pointed, impaling the "man", who transformed into blue-black dust on death.
Tara was still in panic, epically as she saw her molten face in a mirror. Outside the police arrived. She only wanted home, wishing she would be just one of them and could leave. The image in the mirror shifted to her surprise and she was able to leave without a problem.
But someone had noticed...

I know Registration ends April 4, but I'm having a hard time coming up with something i want to play. It seems almost every power is accounted for and i can't really do pheromones without being disruptive.All i can think of is weird powers that would possibly be useless. Like taking a bunch of random Super-Senses or Comprehends or a random travel power and just having that. Every "archetype" i choose runs into someone else's "niche".

Here's an idea, this is marvel universe... so think of a DC universe super hero you want to play and parody his/her power set. Who cares if you step on someone else' niche. So long as it is a solid character it will be considered.

The New Avengers had both spiderman and spiderwoman on the same team. Stuff like that happens alot. The JLA have 4 Green lanterns in it.

Someone who can help the group get around would be cool, especially if the power source were flexible enough to let you do a few other things. Maybe some magic, like a young Dr. Strange or Cloak from Cloak & Dagger. Or maybe a teleporter who can use her powers on other people.

I don't think anyone's done robot or cyborg yet. That wouldn't help the group get around, but it's a niche that's wide open.
