Actually there are ample proof that Callisto's powers also compensate for the missing eye (sort of like Daredevil), she only had trouble with it when her powers disappeared shortly after the end of the outback phase of the X-Men.

Yeah. It's something I noticed in the comics. Cap can be punched by Nazis all day (assuming they are skilled enough to past his defenses); but try to shoot him? Nope. I cannot recall a single issue (of those I have read) where Cap gets shot while he has the shield on him.

COMPLICATIONS
Accident:
When using more than 7 ranks of Flight (250 mph), Brian must make Agility checks to turn.
Power Loss: Captain Britain's powers are strongly tied to the land of Britain (and its extradimensional counterparts). When away from the isles, his Fighting, Agility, Strength, and Stamina drop by 1 rank each day until a minimum of 2 is reached (with subsequent changes to his Skills and Defenses).
Additionally, the use of his Flight power requires a Stamina check to perform.
Relationship: Brian is romantically involved with Meggan. She is close to his sister, Betsy.
Responsibility: Although Brian would like to live a normal life, he is devoted to the protection of Great Britain and Otherworld.

:!: Brian is tough for such a simple build.

Kewl- I like "Monsters With a Single Upgrade" like that. Two Extra heads is much more unique than the generic ol' "Were/Half-Dragon/Fiendish" add-on.

Nice Calastryx prodigyduck! I did that build as well for my D&D Fourth Edition conversions. I am always curious on how someone else would build a character.

I like 4E well enough to read the books and get inspired by their monsters (Threats of the Nentir Vale was really cool). I just don't care for the system.

I do love your builds too. You are on my regular list that I check up on.
