But you still brought it up in the IC thread. If it had been attached to a normal post, then thats fine. And since I see you just did post, that is sort of fine, though in the future, you could just post the IC and OOC parts together.

it can be a bit borderline.

usualy for myself as GM i prefer questions of the sort you asked to be directed to the ooc thread.

however if the question is relevant to an action the character has taken then its acceptable to see it as part of an IC post.

in the case above the question you asked femme wasnt part of a post it was merely a direct quote of the gms description and a question added to it which would have been more appropriate here in the ooc thread.

I think Tink was just taking a little dramatic liscence something ive been known to do myself fromt iem to time.

To set the record straight, yes it is magical darkness. Though if you want your darkvision not to penetrate magical darkness, i'd call that a complication.

In D&D it doesn't, in M&M it does. Really it's the GM's call on this one. If Darkvision can't see into darkness of all kinds I don't know what ability can. It would also beg the question of how the Ogre Magi 'see'.

Yeah that's a conundrum when trying to play D&D with M&M rules. Some effects work differently. I should have an IC post up this afternoon (with Initiative roll).

Ouch. Forgot initative.

Well, Aerythis is going to try to counter the magical darkness with her light spell. Seems logical now that there really isn't a need for them to be stealthy.

She hates stealthy anyway. Ruins the enjoyment of bashing heads in.

No, I think that's just an obscure spell right?

Forgive my sudden absense, life is pouring on me again.

I might have to go to public school.

Bills are getting tight so I might have to get a (real) job.

Right now I need some rest, I'll catch up in the morning.

How would you like combat run?

Everyone post in strict initiative order? Every post when they can a you sort it out in summary?
