Imagine my sadness when I went to my LCS to pick up my weekly books, and H&V 2 was still not in the shelves.

Well... yeah. It's still only available for pre-order. We haven't heard when it'll be out that I know of. Amazon seems to think May 8th, but I haven't heard that anywhere official... i could've missed something though.

My local comics shop has my copy of this book waiting in my box. And I will be picking it up on Tuesday. They received it this last wednesday.

I flipped through the book when I was there wednesday. And the book is gorgeous!

Yes, I know the disappointment and pain of waiting. Oh, the pain, the pain of it all!

Ah, but this is not the case for all. As a matter of fact, last Saturday, April 21, I heard from 2 sources that books were available. Late this week I heard from another party stating the same, and a friend got an email from Amazon, not only that they updated the release date on their website, but informing that the book will be ready to ship out from them on 05/08/12. (But do note that I have not heard nor seen anything official on this site about a release date, yet the book has gone to the printers about 6+ weeks ago, so it should not be too much longer, barring any unforseens! )

So, it looks like this should be available very soon and in peoples' hands! I would suggest checking back with your LCS by week's end to see if it is available with them. If not, they should at least have an idea of when it will be in stock. If not, you may want to go with another dealer. Hope this helped.

I don't have exact dates because different distributors take different amounts of time to get things sent out. Regardless, look for H&V, Vol. 2 very soon!

Yeah, it seems even Amazon has it's act together for Vol 2!

My friend just received another email from Amazon stating the book should be delivered in about 1 week.

So just about everyone should be getting theirs very soon...!
