:idea: Thor, in my Marvel Universe combines elements of the standard and Ultimate versions. He was a god, cursed to a mortal form by his father, due to his pride. When sent to Earth, he was found as a young man with amnesia by Jane Foster, who took him in. Not knowing his place in the world, "Donald" took up Jane's cause to help others. He went to school and eventually became an paramedic.

After Donald risked his life to save others during the Atlantean invasion (thwarted by the Fantastic Four), he was struck by lightning. He spent the next four months in a coma. When he awoke, Donald knew who he truely was... Thor! He then left the hospital and wandered the world in search of Mjolnir. It is during this time that he starts to accumulate his rogues gallery; as he fights Grey Gargoyle, Quicksand, Radioactive Man, the Wrecking Crew, and others.

As he helps one group of people after another, his cult begins to form. Eventually, Thor finds Mjolnir and claims his full power (insert "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC).

Thank you! That means a lot, coming from you. I think your builds are awesome (I especially love your selection of pics and bodycasts for your original characters)!

As for the simplicity, I like it. I know folks like to include all the bells a whistles in their builds -- like giving powerhouses a Thunderclap or Groundsmash effect -- but I like to think that when characters do those sorts of things, they are spending Hero Points for the effect. As such, I don't normally include them.

Hero Points should flow like water... or poker chips (which is what I use in my games).

This was a while ago (late 90s, if I recall). There were four issues.

The Golden Age issue featured Logan and Zealot fighting Daemonites posing as Nazis.

The Silver Age issue had Jean Grey and Grifter fighting Daemonites and Brood together on a cruise liner.

The Modern Age issue had the X-Men and WildCATs teaming up against the Hellfire Club.

The Future Age issue had a wierd, complicated plot involving Cable and time travel.

I may have the Silver Age and Modern Age issues mixed up...
