Power Absorption: Rogue must make an attack check to attempt to touch the the target. If Rouge succeeds, the target makes a Dodge resistance check (DC 23) to avoid skin-to-skin contact. If the target fails this check, they then make a Will resistance check (DC 23). If the target fails the Will resistance check, the power takes effect normally. If the target makes the Will resistance check, he or she can can allow the power to take effect but then assumes control of Rogue's body. This means the target retains his or her traits and gains Rogue's traits as well. If this occurs, Rogue suffers from the Affliction and Mind Reading effects of her Power Absorption power as though she failed her resistance check by two degrees.

Complications:

Chants: A character must be able to speak clearly to cast Dimensional Spells.
Dimensional Entreaties: Neutral or hostile beings may take notice of a character when they call upon them to cast dimensional spells. The entreated being makes a DC 40 check, adding the character's PL and spell rank. Hostile beings also get a +2 circumstance bonus. A 20 is not an automatic success. If the being takes notice it may attack the caster, send the caster on a mission, restrict further use of the spell, or just keep the character in mind for future reckoning (GM’s discretion based on intent of the spell).

I tried to make sure female heroes/villains were well represented in my 101 builds. Unfortunately they only make up 35% (if you count Jocasta).
