So since I've started working with the game again I've decided to start up my own thread to join the growing character archive community. If there are any builds that you would like to see me do feel free to say so, and if there are any errors please tell me.

Background/Origin:
Fyrehawk is from, what some people would call a small town, Oswego in the state of New York. His powers first emerged during his days in high school. An altercation with one of the school's better known miscreants during a lunch period forced Fyrehawk's powers to manifest at least partially. The school's bully had ambushed Harold from behind driving his face into the table, and then the floor of the gym. Being unable to get back up from being pinned to the floor, his blood began to boil, almost literally. Summoning strength from a place within that he didn't know he had before, Harold forced is way to his feet which sent the bully flying into the gym's wall leaving a small impact crater.

The bully of the school stood him self up from he had fallen and spoke to Harold, "So you dare to challenge me? You dare to challenge Granite, Master of Earth?"

"You started the challenge freak," Harold responded as he climbed back to his feet. "You were the one who drove my face into the floor!"

"Yeah well you've always been fun to pick on -"

"Well not anymore," Harold interrupted as his temper began to flare again both emotionally, and in a physical manner. Harold's eyes began to smolder, and faint wisps of smoke began to flow forth from them. The wisps of smoke quickly became thicker the more that Harold's temper raged. "You will not pick on me anymore, Granite!"

"Just how do you plan on stopping me, boy," Granite sneered. "You think you can stop me with the wisps of smoke that are curling out from your eyes."

The more taunting that Granite subjected him to, only served to make him all the more mad. Harold turned to face Granite, and glared at him in a way that would make most people shrink back in fear. Instead Granite was slammed back into the wall as a searing bolt of heat struck him squarely in the chest.

Staring up in disbelief at Harold, Granite manages to stammer out, "You?? How do you have such powers?? They told me that I was the only one here with any powers."

Staring at Granite's chest in disbelief Harold manages to say, "That would appear to not be so."

After composing himself somewhat Harold walks over to the now shaken Granite and kneels down next to and says, "I suggest you leave here and never return. We don't need this kind of trouble here."

"Not likely fool," Granite howls as he bolts to his feet delivering a blistering uppercut to Harold's chin that should've sent him flying down onto the main floor of the gym. Instead Harold somehow stops himself in midair and looks around in confusion.

"I can fly?" Harold says in bewilderment. "Hot damn."

Harold turns himself to face Granite before flying towards him with both arms extended for a ram type maneuver. Connecting squarely with Granite's face Harold drives the stone man into the floor.

"Now I'll say this once more to you," Harold says as his temper begins to rise again. "We don't need you here. Leave us and never return!"

Harold grabs Granite by his shirt and throws him halfway down the gym.

"You haven't seen the end of me you freak," Granite says as he scrambles to his feet and running out through the doors at the far end of the gym.

Harold watches as Granite flees the building from the opposite end of the gym. "Now what am I to do," Harold asks himself as he stands there collecting his thoughts.

Made a few changes to bring Fyrehawk more up to PL 10 in effectiveness.

I like that Star character, considering the power's it would be really interesting to see her fight. I see her flying around fighting the human torch in mid-air....I dont know why, but I do. Nice build!

By the way, you don't really need to give the Additional Limbs power unless those limbs are actually prehensile or otherwise capable of replacing your arms and hands for fine movement, striking, or grappling. Winged Flight is probably best represented by Flight with the Drawback: Power Loss [when wings immobilized].

Also, you might want to insert an empty code such as

Code: Select all

[i][/i]
in between the 8 and the ) on your writeups so you have (+8) instead of (+8).

Would the Drawback still grant a -1 on the power's overall cost as normal?
