  • He got his "name" because the armor's operating system kept malfunctioning during our first session, so the name Chaotic stuck. (As an aside, the first time that happened, I said in character "I knew I shouldn't have used Windows for this!" The phrase alone earned me two Hero Points.)

Build Notes
  • This build came about as a request for a friend of mine that wanted an unconventional assassin for his campaign. After seeing the build, he made her the cornerstone of the entire campaign.
  • The Damages Medium drawback on her Thrown Weapons Array means that when she uses her power to make an attack, the object(s) she is throwing has to make a Toughness save against DC 26. (Just assume the shuriken she throws get destroyed.)
  • The Super-Soldier Serum came about because the GM wanted them to have stolen some and used it on themselves. I decided that it wouldn't "take" fully and made it where she had to continually take it in order to gain its benefits. Now, she is addicted to it.

  • This build is a conversion from Marvel Super Heroes (Advanced) RPG.
  • He was originally a professional wrestler, but I changed his Occupation to reflect a swing more towards MMA these days, which I think suits him better.
  • He originally had a power that was a combination of the Shockwave power feat from Super-Strength and the Blast power from his Absorption power. I figured this could be handled more as a power stunt that trying to link the two together.

While doing the conversion, I ran across Dust in MDSnowman's Roll Call thread and not being an avid comic book reader, I was shocked to see a character like Saif. So, Saif is a combination of both.

History

Oliver Murdoch was born the son of the senior partner of the most prestigious law firm in New Gotham City, with his mother dying in childbirth. Growing up in Connecticut, Ollie learned to hunt and became deadly accurate with the bow. He also was an apt student, earning a full scholarship to New Gotham University to study law.

One day, while walking to class at New Gotham University, he was abducted by the leader of a small-time gang whom Oliver's father had defended and lost, now escaped and seeking his revenge. Soon after being abducted, Ollie escaped his captors and discovered that he was being held at an abandoned chemicals factory. While eluding his captors, Ollie was shot and fell from a catwalk into a large vat of chemicals.

Left for dead, Ollie was able to get out of the chemical bath, but soon discovered that the chemicals rendered him blind while enhancing his remaining senses. Using his newfound gifts, he was able to find his way to the hospital and recovered from his injuries.

Soon after, the gang that had abducted Ollie was captured and put on trial, but because of a technicality, the gang was found not guilty. Enraged when the legal system failed to bring them to justice, Oliver donned a costume resembling a red Robin Hood and went into action as "Scarlet Sniper," hunting down his abductors, doing what the legal system would not.

Joining his father's law firm, Oliver vowed to serve the law as Oliver Murdock and to fight evils beyond the law's reach as Scarlet Sniper.

Soon after donning his alter ego, Oliver's father died, and Oliver took over as Senior Partner.

Recently, Scarlet Sniper's secret identity was exposed by a tabloid. To avoid disbarment, Murdock sold his interest in his law firm and became a full-time vigilante.

You've got some GREAT builds here! Awesome Daredevil/Green Arrow amalgam, and your originals are brilliant.

Spazz is definitely going to be a great resource for any Scarlet Witch builds or build-alikes.

I also dig the very concise names.
